Job Description

Skills:

Experience in handling the Frontend Technology projects like React, Java Script, Type script, etc

Experience and involved in handling AWS technical team

Experience in analyze and debugging the tools

Guide the team technically, should perform code review, ensure good code quality guidelines are followed,

Should be able to Pitch-in to code if needed and to help developers.

Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc

Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, , TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

Scrum certification or experience on Agile project.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Servant Leader Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done

Assertive Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.

Situational Aware Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management

Responsibilities:

Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers and ensure project success

Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.

Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example

Qualifications:

Overall experience of 12+ years
