We are currently retained by a Mid-sized global IT Services firm to hire for Resource Management Leader for them. Location: Bangalore/Pune This role will be a key part of the HR leadership team and will focus on workforce planning, capacity management, resource utilization, and talent deployment to ensure efficient project execution and business growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership to align talent strategies with business needs while driving automation and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and lead workforce planning, capacity management, and talent deployment. - Develop and implement resource management strategies aligned with business goals. - Optimize workforce capacity and resource allocation for efficiency. - Forecast talent demand and drive data-driven workforce planning. - Collaborate with leadership, HR, and L&D to align hiring, upskilling, and internal mobility. - Ensure optimal resource utilization across multiple projects to drive business efficiency. - Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to integrate hiring and upskilling initiatives. - Develop frameworks for internal mobility and succession planning. - Work with finance, sales, and delivery teams to align resource allocation with revenue goals. - Drive process automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs. To Fit the Bill, You Must Have: - MBA from a good institute with 15+ years of experience in workforce/resource management in IT Services/Consulting. - Must have managed large-scale resource pools. Preferably 2000+ employees. - Strong expertise in workforce forecasting, capacity planning & talent deployment. - Strong data analytics skills and stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior executives. - Experience in working with teams across multiple geographies.
