Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION: Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent. Experience: 10 to 15 years of industry experience in Civil & Structural engineering roles. Software Proficiency: Expertise in STAAD, MAT 3D, and Tekla software for civil engineering projects. Only Design Engineering profiles are accepted; Onsite/Field profiles are not considered. Industry : Fertilizer, Petrochemical, or Oil and Gas plants. Responsibilities: 1. Utilize your extensive industry experience to obtain and assimilate relevant design input from the Lead Engineer and other project stakeholders. 2. Incorporate design input into deliverables, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. 3. Prepare design deliverables with meticulous attention to relevant codes and standards, utilizing STAAD, MAT 3D, and Tekla software. 4. Coordinate promptly with other engineering disciplines and engage in vendor interactions as required. 5. Thoroughly check and review all documents and drawings before releasing them at any revision status. 6. Prepare and check deliverables in accordance with the quality plan and ensure adherence to project schedules. 7. Assist the Lead Engineer in work planning, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of engineering documents. 8. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project coordination. 9. Adhere to project schedules and contribute to the successful completion of assigned engineering tasks. Additional Skills: 1. Industry experience in the Fertilizer, Petrochemical, or Oil and Gas plants sector. 2. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards applicable to civil engineering design. 3. Effective coordination and communication skills to work closely with other engineering disciplines and vendors. 4. Attention to detail and commitment to thoroughly checking and reviewing documents and drawings. 5. Ability to prepare and check deliverables according to the quality plan and adhere to project schedules. 6. Strong work planning and progress monitoring skills. 7. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to contribute to process enhancements. 8. Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards and regulations is a plus.,
