Senior Automation Tester Job in Leading IT @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Responsibilities: Test Automation Development: Design and implement automated test scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber. Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Framework Development: Develop and maintain test automation frameworks that align with project requirements. Integrate Cucumber for Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to enhance collaboration with non-technical stakeholders. Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects or areas for improvement. Generate detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. Team Leadership (for Automation Lead): Mentor junior testers in automation best practices and tools. Lead the automation testing efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Java programming language. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for web application testing. Familiarity with TestNG for managing test execution and reporting. Experience with Cucumber for writing BDD-style tests. Testing Knowledge: Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Experience in designing test cases based on functional specifications. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to document processes and share knowledge within the team.,
