About the Role We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about owning the sales process end-to-end. This role requires someone who is not just a report generator, but a dynamic force behind our sales executiondriving pipeline momentum, ensuring every deal progresses efficiently, and proactively spotting gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for revenue acceleration. This role is critical to ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks, and that every sales opportunity is maximized. The ideal candidate will be methodical yet agile, structured yet adaptable, and capable of working across teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance) to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Sales Process Ownership Ensure that every sales opportunity is tracked, followed up on, and driven to closure. Manage and optimize our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) to streamline sales workflows. Enforce discipline in deal movement, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene, making sure no potential opportunity is lost. Proactive Pipeline Management & Revenue Acceleration Own the pipeline health, ensuring sales teams are prioritizing the right deals at the right time. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions. Ensure that sales activities align with quarterly and annual revenue targets and work aggressively to close gaps in projections. Deal Execution & Follow-Through Track contract approvals, proposal submissions, pricing negotiations, and ensure timely deal closures. Work closely with sales reps to prevent deal stagnation, ensuring continuous engagement. Forecast deal closures accurately based on pipeline insights and historical data. Data-Driven Sales Optimization (Beyond Just Reporting) Analyze deal wins/losses to refine sales strategy and positioning. Track win rates, cycle times, and conversion rates, ensuring aggressive improvements in sales efficiency. Provide real-time performance insights to leadership, highlighting growth areas and red flags proactively. Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Delivery, ensuring alignment on lead quality, deal movement, and client onboarding. Ensure that leads generated from marketing campaigns are efficiently nurtured, converted, and tracked. Sales Enablement & Process Optimization Continuously refine and enforce sales playbooks, templates, and best practices for the team. Train sales reps on CRM best practices, sales tools, and process improvements for maximum efficiency. Identify automation opportunities to improve deal velocity and reduce manual inefficiencies. Key Skill Requirements 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy roles in a technology or services company. Highly self-driven, aggressive, and detail-oriented, capable of operating in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Deep expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline management. Ability to own sales execution end-to-end, driving deal velocity and revenue growth proactively. Strong analytical mindsetable to go beyond reports and generate actionable business insights. Experience in sales enablement, process automation, and GTM strategy execution. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing leadership and cross-functional teams. Hands-on approachwilling to roll up sleeves, problem-solve, and ensure deals move forward aggressively.
