Job Description
- Job Overview As the Tech Lead of AI Practise, you would catalyse the AI offering line from Divami to our clientele. This is a high-impact role where you will oversee the development of cutting-edge AI initiatives, including multi modal AI, and agentic AI development and take them into enterprise products. You will not only lead innovation but also play a critical role in training and mentoring fresh talent, propagating accelerators, and ensuring the learnings enrich Divamis broader teams. We need someone who is accountable, a visionary thinker, and a peoples person who can inspire and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Drive the development of AI solutions utilising data driven ML models, LLMs, Agentic architectures, RAG and so on. End to end grip on MLOps, AI model deployment, and performance and infra cost optimisations. Foster innovation in AI applications in the context of mid to large enterprise tech products Leadership: Own the development of accelerators, tools, and reusable frameworks. Disseminate learnings and best practices across Divami. Mentorship & Training: Train and guide freshers and junior developers to master new technologies. Foster a learning culture within the AI Foundry. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes. Act as a thought leader, inspiring teams to adopt innovative practices. Accountability: Deliver high-quality outputs while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Requirements 8+ years of experience in software development with a minimum of 4+ years in building ML solutions, LLMs, multi-modal AI, agentic frameworks (AutoGen, LangChain, Magnetic AI), where you had driven real business value. Leadership: Proven experience leading teams, mentoring freshers, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Ability to lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and generative AI solutions, working with data scientists, ML engineers, and full-stack teams. Visionary thinking: Stay ahead of emerging trends in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI, and apply them to real-world B2B applications.
