Job Title: Project Manager- Core Systems Location: Coimbatore Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and oversee project plans from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources. Develop comprehensive schedules for engineering design, software development, procurement, and manufacturing tasks for each project by collaborating with product managers. Manage schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software. Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project. Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment. Identify potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution. Additional Responsibilities: Ensure that our customers can get the most possible value out of the processes and tools that we develop. Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit. Qualifications: Bachelors degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field. 5+ years of experience in Technology programs with an emphasis on Product development, preferably in semiconductor equipment. Must have hands-on experience as a Project Manager. Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders.
