Job Description: Nurse 

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' health conditions and establish trusting relationships to deliver personalized care.

• Care Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring effective and timely delivery of nursing interventions.

• Patient Monitoring: Regularly observe and document patients' progress, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team.

• Clinical Procedures: Perform routine medical tasks, including taking samples, measuring vital signs (pulse, temperature, blood pressure), and administering medications as prescribed.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Workload Management: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure optimal patient care and departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a registered nurse.

• In-depth knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  
  Familiarity with emergency care protocols.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and responsible demeanor.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Valid nursing license.

Working hours will include shifts of up to 12 hours, with opportunities for additional compensation for unsocial hours.
