We are looking for: Quality Manager - Data Centers APAC, Youll make an impact by: Oversee and manage all quality-related topics in the APAC region. Coordinate with factories on recurring quality issues to ensure consistent quality standards. Liaise with factories on ISP (Integrated Service Platform) topics to ensure compliance and quality control. Develop and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any quality issues that arise. Collaborate with lead engineers to address and resolve quality issues effectively. Use your skills to move the world forward! Bachelors degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality management, preferably within the data center or manufacturing industry. 8-10 years of experience in power distribution projects with knowledge about MV and LV Switchgear. Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with RCA and quality improvement tools. Familiarity with ISP processes and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
