Job Details: As a Tally Software Consultant, you will lead the implementation of a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment in different locations. Your role will be to complete new software installations at client site and also support the existing customers with any general troubleshooting. You will also work closely with Sales team and software engineers to develop new solutions and improve existing ones. You will also be required to prepare and conduct software demos as per the requirement of the clients in consultation with the sales team. Execute all new software implementations as per the requirement of our organization Prepare Documentation of the Requirements of clients after doing the system study. Work with Sales team for preparing and conducting technical software demo Execute Installation of Tally.ERP9 Softwareand provide hands-on training to the customer. Support the Sales Team during system study as well as preparation of technical demoequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications Provide Technical & Functional Support to new as well as existing customers. Expertise on configuration of packaged applications Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop good relationships with existing customers. Willing to travel for installation/training works if required. Adhere to all company rules and regulations to new roll outs of Tally.ERP9or any other software applications.
