- Job Description Data Governance program is key element of data management in MN S business unit person on that position will be responsible for e2e coordination of all aspects related with identification of data groups and elements, specification of data access policies and implementation of Data Governance process digitalization. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Key responsibilities on Data Governance Program Manager position: Perform program management activities for Data Governance initiative. Identify date resources and build inventory of Data Elements. Closely cooperate with respective stakeholders to identify data processing rules, requirements. Contribute and coordinate creation of digitalization framework for Data Governance program. Support cooperation between teams involved in Data Governance program. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve Nokias data management processes and practices. Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area. Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment. Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organizational unit. Often leads projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work. Coordinate work of teams involved in implementation of Data Governance program. Continuous monitoring of Data Governance program implementation progression. Coordinate change management processes for Data Governance program according to agreed quality KPIs. Key Skills And Experience Formal requirements: IT oriented bachelors degree 5 years experience on project manager or program manager position. Good understanding of Telco market and telecommunication data processing environment Minimum 3 years experience with Data Governance projects Good understanding of common security, privacy and compliance requirements related with protection of data sets.
