Job Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for the following: In depth & practical knowledge in Routing, Switching, Topologies & Protocols Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Switch, Router & Network connectivity Security Devices (FW, WAF, Anti-DDoS, NIPS, ADC, LLB etc.) Experience in planning, Installation, re-installation & configuration of different types of Networking devices at Customer Premise/DC Experience in Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Fixing of of the Network at Customer Premise/DC. Experience in NMS for Planning and Preparation of detailed report for SLA management Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of Network infrastructure installed at Customer Premises. Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting of Networking Devices Experience in OEM coordination for call logging & replacement of faulty Devices. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations Co-ordination skill with customer & stakeholders for any network related issue and providing suggestion/solution. Qualifications 03/ 5 years working experience in LAN & WAN with the relevant switches, routers, network security and certificate on relevant Network / B.E/MCA/Diploma Eng/B.Sc,
