We are currently seeking a Onshore Test Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). Onshore Test Manager Should have at least 5+ years of experience working as a Test Manager. Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans. Coordinate and oversee all testing activities, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing. Manage and mentor a team of QA professionals. Collaborate with project managers and development teams to align testing efforts with project timelines. Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect tracking. Familiarity in different test automation frameworks and tools. Lead test automation efforts and promote the use of testing tools and frameworks. Ensure that testing activities comply with established quality standards and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks related to testing processes and project deadlines. Experience in managing and delivering test automation projects. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proven experience in test planning, execution, and team leadership. Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management and stakeholder collaboration.
