Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Program Director-Testing, based in Noida with some work from home flexibility. The Associate Program Director-Testing will be responsible for overseeing and directing the testing program, developing testing strategies, creating test plans, and ensuring the quality and performance of software applications. Tasks include managing the testing team, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets, and providing guidance on industry best practices in software testing. Qualifications Skills in Test Management, Test Planning, and Test Strategy Development Experience with Quality Assurance, Software Testing, and Performance Testing Proficiency in Automated Testing Tools, Manual Testing, and Regression Testing Leadership and Team Management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment (both in Noida and remote) Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in the IT services industry is a plus,
