Job Description
- Company Description : Education Criteria : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Experience Level : 5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R. Extensive knowledge of statistical analysis and data manipulation tools (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy). Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with generative AI and fine-tuning pre-trained models. Demonstrated ability to deploy AI solutions on-premise and handle related challenges. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and develop solutions tailored to business needs. Build, train, and fine-tune deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Utilize advanced programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development. Apply sophisticated statistical techniques and tools, including NumPy and Pandas, to analyze data and extract meaningful insights. Develop and deploy AI features on-premise, ensuring data security and compliance with industry regulations. Optimize AI models for performance and scalability within our on-premise infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to solve complex problems. Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, providing technical leadership and expertise. Document AI model development processes, results, and best practices for future reference. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of additional programming languages and AI frameworks. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards. Exposure to R will be an add-on. Experience with DevOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring. Location - Pune,
