Craft a future-oriented technology and powertrain strategy for M&M's upcoming vehicle portfolio, considering market forecasts, best practices, competitor benchmarking, and product/technology benchmarking & forecasting. Utilize data analysis skills to interpret and synthesize large data sets to address specific business challenges and meet portfolio requirements. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within matrix teams, influencing stakeholders across departments such as PD, Sourcing, Design, Marketing, and Product Planning to achieve project objectives Assess the ability to analyze project/program financials and develop compelling business cases to secure necessary investments." Long Description Key Technical Expertise Proven knowledge of cockpit technologies, connectivity solutions, ADAS functionalities, and cutting-edge in-cabin features. Possess a deep understanding of powertrain technologies, including electrification, alternative propulsion systems, and hybrid powertrains, and their impact on vehicle attributes like performance, efficiency, and fuel economy targets. Familiarity with EV and ICE powertrains, including motors, batteries, hybrid systems, and alternative propulsion technologies. Working understanding of mobile applications, FOTA (Firmware-Over-The-Air) updates, SDV, user interface/user experience (UI/UX), and customer journeys. Ability to envision customer-centric features enabled by software-defined vehicles (SDV). Requirements Master of Technology (M.Tech) or Master of Science (MS) degree in Electronics or Communication Engineering. Minimum of 12-14 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage projects from concept to completion. Prior experience and/or strong interest in the automotive industry is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
