Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure Knowledge Exposure: We are seeking an experienced Civil Manager to oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and team leadership, and will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Design and Implementation: Review and approve civil engineering drawings, blueprints, and plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Interior Design Coordination: Collaborate with interior designers and architects to integrate design plans into civil engineering projects, ensuring that interior spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and regulatory requirements. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure financial efficiency. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Pollution Control: Develop and implement strategies to minimize air, water, and soil pollution during project execution. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing concerns, providing regular updates, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as health, safety, and environmental standards. Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.,
