Job Title: HR Generalist/ HR Manager/HR Specialist/HR Business Partner Department: Human Resources Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making hiring decisions. Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. US Labor Law Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, including FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant legislation. Ensure that company policies and practices are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Conduct regular compliance audits and identify areas for improvement. Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs to support employee development. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of US labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
