• Calling the lead generated candidates and help them understand the services provided by FMI
• Promoting the trainings and courses provided by FMI
• Explain the different training modules and help them choose the correct path
• Should take student follow-up for how they wish to proceed with their upskilling
• Make the student connect with the counselor
• Understand and address their queries if any with regards to the course, Fees, batch flexibity
