Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email, conducting outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
Understand Customer Needs: Identify and understand the specific needs of customers and suggest suitable IT products and solutions.
Responding to Inquiries: Address potential customers questions, providing detailed product information, and sending follow-up details via email as needed.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the companys products, services, and industry trends to answer customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.
Lead Management: Create and maintain an up-to-date database of current and potential customers, ensuring accurate information is always available for follow-up.
Product and Service Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services to potential customers, emphasizing value.
Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position your offerings and provide competitive advantages.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and interests, contributing to the growth of sales.
Lead Qualification: Research and qualify new leads through various methods, including cold calling, online research, and inbound inquiries.
Sales Closure: Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Customer and Partner Meetings: Attend meetings with customers and partners as required to support the sales process, either virtually or in person.
Reporting and Feedback: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and sales achievements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Minimum of a Graduate degree.
Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling IT products and solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales Skills: Strong customer-facing skills, with a proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close deals.
Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track sales, manage leads, and follow up with customers.
Results-Oriented: Ability to meet sales targets and drive results.
Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who can work independently and is motivated to achieve goals.
Problem Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
