Proficient or Excellent English & Confidence Required --------------------------------- Gurgaon job Description (JD) Non-Voice Process -CHAT Position: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice Process) Location: Gurgaon Salary: Upto INR 35,000 CTC + Incentives up to INR 15,000Shift Experience: Minimum 6 months experience required Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) Job Responsibilities: Chat Process: Respond to customer queries via chat professionally and promptly. Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in chat support. Follow company guidelines for customer engagement. Email Support: Handle customer queries via email with clarity and professionalism. Ensure timely responses and resolution of customer concerns. Escalation Desk: Address escalated customer issues and ensure proper resolution. Coordinate with different teams to resolve high-priority concerns. Social Media Support: Manage and respond to customer queries on social media platforms. Maintain brand reputation by addressing complaints and feedback effectively. Senior Role (Age: 32 Years & Above): Salary: INR 35,000 CTC + INR 31,400 Incentives + INR 15,000 Incentive Training Duration: 20 days Manage and oversee customer service operations for improved efficiency. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills. Prior experience in chat/email/social media support. Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute (WPM). Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
