Opening for International Process - Blended Job Description for Utility Liaison Analyst: A. Analyze reports generated by the system and evaluate the graphics in CRM Application; B. Identify potential savings or avoidable costs; C. Follow up with customer/supplier until and query is resolved; D. Ensure the Utility Invoices are up to date in the system E. Investigate Balance brought forwards and Late fees applied by the Utility Company F. Liaise with Utility Company to collect and Acquire Utility Invoices G. Analyze the customers Utility Data anomalies and maintain record/tracker H. Identify Energy Management opportunities and liaise with the Customer Managers; I. Respond to Customer Managers and client queries regarding (potential) savings or any ad-hoc queries raised by customers J. Contact suppliers by phone or email K. Log savings on CRM Application L.
