key responsibilities
assist customers with hotel bookings cancellations and modifications
provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat
resolve queries related to reservations pricing and availability
ensure a seamless booking experience and enhance customer satisfaction
work closely with internal teams to address escalations and complex requests
eligibility criteria
candidates must be graduates or undergraduates with excellent communication skills
minimum of 6 months of bpo experience in a travel process
compensation and benefits
competitive salary up to 35,000/-PM
performance based incentives up to 8000/- PM

selection process includes hr interview ops round and us voice versant c1 level
work schedule 5.5 days per week with rotational shifts and designated offs
night shift allowance inr one hundred eighty per shift for male candidates
transportation one sided cab facility provided for female employees during odd hours
