Cloud Engineer - AWS @ BlueBall

Job Description

• Deploy, Operate, Monitor and Managed AWS Cloud based infrastructure
• Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
• Handle trouble tickets and communicate with various stakeholders
• Assist with Service Request Handling, Reports and Incident management
• Create standard operating procedures, documents and checklists

• Must be AWS Certified Associate or AWS Certified Professional or AWS Speciality Certification - Security
• Must be Certified Linux or Windows Server Administrator with Certification such as RHCE, MCSE, MCSA etc
