Individuals will be considered no matter their military rank or specialty. 1. Maintain daily Bank Reconciliation. 2. General Ledger accounting and monthly GL Entries. 3. Banking Activities. a. Inter-account transfers. b. Process wire and ACH transfers as per schedule. c. Download Bank statement and maintain back up for all transfers / remittance. 4. Compilation of Supporting documents as per SOX 5. Work on Process Improvement. 6. Maintain process documentation and procedure manuals for Trust activities 7. Partner with internal business groups to understand sources of data and maintain a robust Trust accounting process Job Description 1. Maintain daily Bank Reconciliation. 2. The role requires advance computer software skills including strong Microsoft Excel and other accounting packages. Expert in Pivot table, Micro's, Analytical data presentation 3. Demonstrated the ability to ramp-up quickly on challenging topics. 4. Excellent time management and organizational ability 5. Interested in process improvement, defining and implementing SOP, benchmarking and bringing process efficiencies 6. Good verbal, written, analytical and inter-personal skills 7.
