Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a NICU, OT, and PICU Staff Nurse located in Bengaluru. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Operation Theater (OT), and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Key tasks include monitoring patient health, administering medications, collaborating with doctors and healthcare professionals, and educating patients" families on post-treatment care. The nurse will also ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience and skills in NICU, OT, and PICU nursing care Ability to monitor patient health, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family education Proficiency in maintaining safety and hygiene protocols Commitment to quality improvement and patient care Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license Experience in pediatric nursing and critical care is an advantage Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred,
