Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

Generate and follow through on sales leads to meet personal and team sales targets, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their requirements, and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, financial data, and market trends.

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and sales events to stay updated on industry trends.

Negotiate and close sales deals while handling any customer objections or complaints.

Collaborate with team members to enhance performance and share customer feedback with internal teams.

Experience in capital equipment, gensets, batteries, UPS, or a related field.

Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Strong learning ability, passion for sales, and a results-driven mindset.

Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and delivering engaging presentations.

Strong people management skills, particularly for those in senior-level positions with a team of reporters.
