We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team at one of the leading real estate development companies in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization. As a recruiter, you will be pivotal in ensuring that we continue to build a high- performing team that supports our company's mission and vision in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles including sales, marketing,
project management, engineering, finance, and administration within the real estate development industry.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job descriptions, posting on
job boards, coordinating interviews, conducting assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.
On-Campus Recruitment:
Plan, coordinate, and execute on-campus recruitment drives, career fairs, and
internship programs at universities and colleges. Engage with students to build strong pipelines of entry-level talent for various roles in the company.
Job Market Research:
Stay up to date with industry trends and the local job market in Thane to identify
potential talent pools and help guide hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience:
Create a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates,
and professional interactions during the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the
requirements for each role, align on candidate profiles, and refine recruitment strategies.
Networking & Employer Branding:
Attend job fairs, industry events, and leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance the companys employer brand in the real estate industry.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and
source of hire, to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies, local regulations, and
labor laws.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. Experience in high-volume
recruitment or recruiting for specialized roles is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media
platforms for recruitment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in organizing and leading on-campus recruitment events and
internship programs.
