Min 1 years exp required in DSA Handling for any loan.

JD For DSA Manager - 

• Responsible for driving Gold loan business through DSAs from Chandigarh.

• To recruit channel partners (DSA) in assigned Areas.

• To make channel partners profitable and SEs productive with a controlled cost.

• Managing and Scaling up existing channel partner business.

• Recruiting, Training, Managing & Driving team to implement marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales & product mix targets

• To manage cross sell products.

• Ensuring timely updates and feedbacks to DSA and closing customer escalations in given TAT.
