Job Summary
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions at the manufacturing plant. This
includes ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, compliance with workplace regulations, coordination of support
services, and implementation of company policies. The role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and
problem-solving skills.Includes infrastructure project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence,
and filing. Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment for employees. Oversee
the maintenance and availability of office supplies, equipment, and utilities.
2. Facility Management Ensure the plant infrastructure is well-maintained, including repairs,
maintenance, and vendor coordination. Monitor and manage security services, housekeeping, and
workplace safety protocols. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. HR Coordination Support HR functions, including training sessions, employee
engagement, and welfare programs. Address employee grievances related to administrative
facilities.
4. Budget and Procurement Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency. Oversee
inventory control for office and plant supplies.
5. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with local and industry-specific regulations.
Maintain records for audits and inspections, including health and safety documentation.
6. Team Management Lead and supervise the administrative staff. Delegate tasks
and monitor performance to ensure team effectiveness. Provide training and support to the admin
team.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(Masters degree preferred).
2. Experience: 5+ years in administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing or
industrial setting.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with
ERP systems and facility management tools.
4. Key Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent
leadership and interpersonal communication. Knowledge of labor laws, workplace safety, and
regulatory compliance. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
