We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sewing Machine Sales Manager to oversee and expand our distributor network. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sewing machines, a proven track record in sales, and extensive experience managing distributor relationships.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within the distributor network.
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with distributors across various regions.
Provide technical guidance and product training to distributors and sales teams.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Manage pricing, contracts, and negotiations with distributors.
Coordinate product demonstrations, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer support, and product development.
Ensure distributors adhere to company sales policies and guidelines.
Monitor distributor performance and implement corrective measures as needed.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sewing machine sales or related technical product sales / kitchen appliances, battery.
Proven experience building and managing distributor networks.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently to meet distributors and attend industry events.
Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
