Job Description

Responsibilities Lead the design and development of applications using Power Platform to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Power Platform best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects. Develop and maintain documentation for all Power Platform solutions and processes. Ensure the security and compliance of Power Platform applications. Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform technology. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Mentor junior developers and provide training on Power Platform tools and techniques. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. Have experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various data sources and services. Demonstrate knowledge of security and compliance best practices for Power Platform. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing Power Platform applications. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is preferred. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Strong documentation skills. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.,
