Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for dashboards and data visualizations. Work closely with the Power BI team to translate business needs into effective, actionable dashboards and reports. Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to dashboard updates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Continuously improve and evolve dashboards to enhance insights and usability based on business needs. Support process automation and Robotic Business Automation (RBA) initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Work closely with both the business and digital teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making. Ensure data governance, consistency, and best practices in dashboard design and maintenance. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on how to interpret and use dashboards effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a data analytics or Power BI-focused team. Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, with a focus on Power BI. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in dashboard design, data visualization, and report generation. Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to dashboard maintenance and updates. Knowledge of process automation and RBA tools is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SQL, DAX, or other relevant querying languages. Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
