Job Description
- * Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.* Develop reports on manufacturing performance, including efficiency, yield, rejection rates, and downtime analysis. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing productivity, cost savings, and operational efficiency. Track quality control metrics and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations. Investigate process deviations, identify root causes, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Assist in the review and improvement of SOPs, policies, and regulatory documentation. Monitor production workflows, ensuring alignment with efficiency and quality targets. Work with the engineering and maintenance teams to track machine performance, calibration, and validation. Develop dashboards and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of manufacturing processes. Analyze material flow and usage data to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste. Assist in ensuring the availability of raw materials and semi-finished goods for production continuity. Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to align strategies and improve overall plant efficiency. Support production planning efforts by providing data-driven insights on capacity, demand forecasting, and resource allocation. Monitor safety data and analyze trends in workplace incidents to support safety improvement initiatives. Support compliance with cleanroom protocols, environmental standards, and microbial control measures. Assist in training staff on data interpretation, process monitoring, and performance optimization strategies. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects. Analyze customer complaints and market feedback, working with the quality team to identify patterns and suggest improvements. Prepare reports and presentations on manufacturing performance, deviations, and efficiency improvements. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards. Support any additional tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager Production and Technical or senior management.
