Job Title: Primary Teacher (Class 1-5) West Bengal Board

Job Type: Full-time ( Work from Home )

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to teach Classes 1-5 under the West Bengal Board curriculum. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching and capable of handling all subjects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach all subjects to students of Classes 1 to 5 following the West Bengal Board syllabus.

• Develop lesson plans, conduct interactive sessions, and assess student progress.

• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Bachelors degree (preferred).

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi and Bengali (spoken and written).

• Technical Requirements: Must have a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection for conducting online classes.

• Prior teaching experience is an advantage but freshers are welcome to apply.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
