Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Head, located in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. The Regional Sales Head will oversee and drive the sales team to achieve targets, manage key accounts, and develop and implement sales strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing team performance, and building relationships with clients to enhance business growth. Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share within the Modern Trade, HORECA, and Institution segments. - Identify growth opportunities, new market trends, and emerging customer needs to drive business expansion. - Set ambitious sales targets, regularly monitor performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including major distributors, retailers, hospitality chains, and institutional clients. - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Lead and motivate a dedicated sales team. Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance the team's sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution. - Generate & analyse data on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions with the management team. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Sales Management skills Experience in Account Management and Sales Proven Team Management and leadership abilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA or advanced degree is a plus Experience in the food and beverage industry is desirable,
