As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you are passionate about software quality, have expertise in both manual and automation testing, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and performance testing on software applications. Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and design specifications. Participate in design and code reviews to provide a QA perspective and ensure adherence to quality standards. Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues and work with the development team to implement effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new testing tools, and technologies to continuously improve the QA process. Provide clear and concise feedback to the development team and stakeholders regarding product quality. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven work experience as a QA Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with popular manual testing frameworks and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.). Familiarity with bug tracking systems and version control tools. Proficiency in test case design and execution for both manual and automated testing. Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
