- Experience - 5+ Years Location - Noida Date of Posting - Sep 20th, 2024 Position Summary Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Ensuring quality in product development and client engagements. Test planning: Designing and developing test plans and test cases. Test execution: Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. Quality analysis: Conducting analysis checks on product specifications and reviewing quality assurance reports. Collaboration: Working with developers, product managers, support engineers, and customers. Troubleshooting: Debugging test failures and modifying test procedures. Documentation: Drafting testing documents and maintaining high standards of quality for documentation. Mentoring: Mentoring junior QA analysts. Communication: Good communication skills to interact with Business and gather QA requirements. Issue reporting: Should be aware with the Bug lifecycle and timely bug reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Salesforce domain and 5+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer. Salesforce Admin: Must have Salesforce Administration knowledge. Proficiency in configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder). Good to have - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are a plus. Good to have certification within Manual and Automation testing including ISTQB Certifications. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model and components. Must have knowledge of various Salesforce clouds like Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Community Cloud etc. Complete knowledge of software development methodologies and processes including Agile, Jira/ Project management software. Nice to have Jenkins server knowledge. Nice to have knowledge of version control system like Git knowledge. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure comprehensive testing and high-quality deliverables. Tools and Technologies Bug Tracking: Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Must have knowledge of building flow charts, process diagrams using tools like draw.io, Lucidchart etc. Must have Selenium knowledge. Must have Automation testing knowledge of testing frameworks like TestNG, PyTest, Cucumber. Must have Programming knowledge like Java/Python/C#. Must have Microsoft Excel and Word.
