• Providing clients with assistance in day-to-day tasks, including dressing, eating, bathing, grooming and using the bathroom
• Maintaining all care records
• Communicating any issues, concerns or problems to the patients family members and medical providers as necessary
• Ensuring the patient takes medications as directed by the Nurse or Physician
• Building rapport with patients by establishing personal connections and showing empathy and kindness
• Responding to any medical or safety issues
• Leading daily individual or group activities for entertainment
