The PowerMax Tools Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software applications and enhancements to support the development, testing, program management and reporting processes that drive the product through its release lifecycle. The changing needs of the business require state of the art tools that provide the continuous evolution of the features to support those changes. The tools that our team is responsible for include:

OPT Defect / workflow management
CAT Test management and result data capture
Build Manager / ePack code build and patch release tools
Data warehouse design and development
Report generation

Key Responsibilities

Works with senior engineers to develop approaches to solutions for a moderate range of complex software engineering problems. Uses judgment, creativity and sound technical knowledge to develop and test the solutions.

Applies software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluates existing processes; designs and develops test criteria and verifies functionality and performance.
Works with senior engineers on the overall design and development of new ideas and products, as well as issue debug / resolution code development.
Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives
Responsible for developing and executing project plans for their own work assignments.

Provides documentation of work and results; reviews projects against goals and provides status reports.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
