Job Description
Hiring# Application Support specialist
Location: Noida
Experience: 2+ years
Only male candidates are preferred.
Night shift 9:30 PM-6:30 AM.
Skills:
- Proficient in SQL, SQL queries. Excellent comm skills as a candidate have to deal with clients across the globe.
- Below is the JD for your ready reference: Handling Inbound International Voice calls/emails/chats (85% issue resolution over tickets/mail, 15% over calls as and when escalation happens).
- Troubleshooting/Researching these issues. Document the details to ensure all information is captured.
- Coordinate with implementation/supplier adoption/project management teams to ensure set-up/configurations are completed in time.
- Sending Escalations to level 2/development/integration teams with well-documented details.
- Attend briefings, training/refresher sessions, and meetings as required.
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills SQL knowledge Simple select DB queries
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word
