Job Title - Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer
Min Exp - 6 to 14 years

Job Description- Control and Instrumentation engineer having 6-14 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation and control with complete engineering background.
Candidate must have exposure to complete I&C life-cycle and can independently author as well as review the Instrumentation deliverable's.
Candidates can handle preparation & review of Instrumentation Datasheets, Hookup drawings,
field wiring, JB Layouts, Cable Block Diagram, Instrument list, P&ID's, etc
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in related Instrumentation field Justification
Adding additional resource I&C service line
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Developing Control Logics in DCSPLC systems based on SAMA sheets & control narratives (preferably those that may have experience programming in a Function Block Diagram environment).
- Developing Graphics in DCSPLC HMI systems based on P&IDs and graphic specifications.
- Preparation of Control test cases/Instructions and perform logic & graphics testing.
- Review of Functional requirements, generation of System Design Specification, preparing of Technical Reports & Generate Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Capture functional requirements from the design documents.
- System Engineering & Cabinet Engineering
- Created Macros, Control Logic sheets, and HMI screens based on functional requirements.
- Test procedures developed for logic and graphics testing.
- Performed engineering, CTE, & functional testing for Macros, Logic, & HMI screens.
- Test reports created to demonstrate compliance with functional requirements.
- Capable of studying and modifying P&IDs, I/O List, Alarm List, Electrical Load list, Control Narratives, Functional Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams.
- Develop electrical & control panel schematics & layouts.
- Knowledge of tools like Smart Plant Foundation, INTOOLS, COMOS, Aveva, etc. will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of HAZOP classification is an added advantage.
