Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Has worked with brands and platforms to start new products online and scale this to a different level.
2. Maintain seller panel & problems.
3. Managing and overseeing accounts on e-commerce websites.
4. Monitoring client accounts to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolving issues.
5. Presenting to clients on behalf of the company to ensure a positive relationship.
6. Developed and implemented new sales strategies to increase revenue.
7. Examining and implementing advertisement strategies to increase revenue on minimum consumption.
8. Monitoring return management for proper claiming to recover any possible loss and increase revenue.

Preferred candidate profile.

Worked on an E-commerce platform like Amazon and Flipkart

Knowledge of Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Shopsy, Nykaa, Shopify and Myntra.

Perks and benefits

1. Minimum 3-6 years of e-commerce experience.
2. Good advanced Excel Knowledge to maintain reports.
3. Bachelors in sales, marketing or communications and/or related fields or equivalent.
4. Knowledge of different revenue models.
