Delhi JOB DESCRIPTION Position / Functional Designation : Customer Service - Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager* Reports to : Customer Service - Manager Experience : 4-6 Years from Freight Forwarding Industry [Mandatory] Domain / Division : Customer Service | Sea & Air-Freight | FCL & LCL Location : Delhi [*Position will be discussed as per the applicant's current profile as well as experience in Trade] REQUIREMENTS Act as single point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments. Escalate potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken in accordance with business guidelines and customer requirements, be proactive in order to minimize service crises. Research on rates and routes to get competitive rates. Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, delivery time. Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with Liners, Customers and Overseas agents. Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation department and follow-up on shipments generated.,
