Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the building materials sector. 3. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement. 4. Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to customers. 5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 6. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively. 7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the building materials industry ( Pipes, Sanitary Items, CP Fittings) 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. 5. Ability to understand technical aspects of building materials and provide solutions to clients. 6. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
