Required electrical engineer at foundry industry, candidate have good knowledge about PLC, PROJECT WORK,HWS AND SINTO LINE. Key Responsibilities: PLC Project Management: Design, program, and implement PLC-based automation systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing equipment and machinery. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to commissioning and troubleshooting. HWS and SINTO Line Expertise: Provide specialized knowledge in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HWS (Hot Water Systems) and SINTO molding lines, ensuring optimized production quality and efficiency. System Design & Integration: Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panels for automation systems on SINTO lines and associated equipment. Ensure proper integration with plant systems, improving operational reliability. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and repair electrical and automation systems related to SINTO molding lines, HWS, and other critical foundry equipment. Perform diagnostics and resolve complex issues swiftly to minimize downtime. Control Systems and Automation: Develop and fine-tune control systems, including PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface), and SCADA systems for the automation of production lines and other electrical systems in the facility. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement, suggesting electrical and control system upgrades that improve productivity, reduce energy consumption, and increase operational safety. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical installations, operations, and systems are in full compliance with industry standards, electrical codes, and safety regulations. Lead safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary. Training & Support: Provide technical training and support for maintenance and production teams on electrical and automation systems related to SINTO lines, HWS, and PLC controls. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of electrical and automation projects, system configurations, maintenance activities, and any upgrades. Create detailed reports on system performance, project status, and improvement recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a focus on PLC programming and automation in a manufacturing environment (experience in foundry or casting industries is a plus).
