Assigning accounts to the Technical team & monitoring activity of each account to increase technical services quality and improve customer satisfaction. Monitoring certification status of the technical team as per the certification plan shared by SOLIDWORKS. Monitoring and recording Demos delivered by technical Pre-sales Team every Month. Recording, monitoring and evaluating the overall performance of technical team. Technical Event/ Webinar/Activity Planning for customers and prospects. Customer Auditing. New product learning as suggested by SOLIDWORKS. Closely Working with Subscription & Customer Care Team. Min EDU Qualification required: B.Tech Min Experience required: Minimum 7 yrs Skills required : Experience of Team Handling. Experience of using CRM software. Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word. Experience of using SOLIDWORKS Products. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
