1) Answer customer queries professionally through all the servicing channels and provide
information / resolutions within the specified turnaround time.
2) Record and categorize all customer interactions.
3) Interact with internal department for query resolution, maintain regular follow-ups.
4) Provide regular updates to the Customer for attempted open cases.
5) Adhere to the servicing escalation matrix so that specified TATs are achieved.
6) Keeping up to date with latest events in processes/ product.
7) Read and understood customer communications properly and respond to each point raised.
8) Checking all facts before sending out replies so that accurate information as per the
company's policy and processes are disseminated to the customer.
9) Required Fluent English communication skills.
10) Should be comfortable working on calls.
Educational qualification : Minimum HSC
Salary Range :- 1.80 to 2.5 Lac Per Annum ( Negotiable )
-Day rotational shift
-Rotational week off
