Reqd Grads for Accounts, Audit & Tax
1. Data Entry in Tally
2. Finalisation of Accounts
3. TDS Compliances
4. GST Compliance work
5. Bank Reconciliation
6. Accounts Payable
7. Accounts Receivable
8. MIS
9. Invoicing
10. Tax Audit, Statutory Audit & Internal Audit
Reqd Grads for Accounts Payable
Process Invoices accurately and efficiently into ERP.
2) Identifying and coding invoices to the correct expense accounts.
3) Timely follow up on invoices under query and update in workflow.
4) Review and audit Travel & Expense reports timely and accurately as per company policies.
5) Responding timely and accurately emails and internal queries forwarded to AP Team.
6) Experience of Concur will be an added advantage.
The hierarchy of the Finance team is as below -
1. Billing Assistant (0 to 2 years experience)
2. Billing Coordinator (2 to 5 years experience)
3. Billing Administrator
4. Billing Supervisor
5. Billing Manager
6. Billing Senior Manager
Reqd Bcom /CA Inter having 2 years of Exp in Accounts & GST
Has to work on Accounting software or Tally .
-Has to maintain Excel.
-Has to do GST Return Filling and Income tax filling
-Has to maintain and prepare a balance sheet.
