We are seeking experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurses to join our critical care team. As an ICU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assess and prioritize patient needs*: Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly. 2.Develop and implement care plans*: Create individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-specific goals. 3. Administer medications and treatments*: Safely administer medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed. 4. Monitor and interpret patient data*: Continuously monitor patients" vital signs, lab results, and other data, interpreting findings to inform care decisions. 5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams*: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. 6. Maintain accurate records*: Document patient information, care plans, and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently. 7. Provide emotional support and education*: Offer emotional support and education to patients, families, and caregivers, promoting patient-centered care. 8.
